The C25k program is perfect ...It's not so bad! The C25k program is perfect for taking it slow and you'll be running 3 miles before you know it! I ran track and cross country in HS and just started slowly adding some running back into my workouts this week. I started by going o...Ahh...I hate running so much. I started by going on the treadmill for one minute and then adding just one more minute each day. It totally worked. Then I found a couple hour long TV shows to watch while running and that kept me on there for 40+ minutes (no commercials)!
